Randolph County Community Arts Center Executive Director Beth King recently announced the promotion of Debbie Sturm, RCCAC Administrative Coordinator, to RCCAC Development Coordinator. Sturm joined the Arts Center staff in August 2010 and has a long-standing volunteer history with the Arts Center.
