Betty Neely

Betty is a life long resident of the state of West Virginia, and graduated from Fairmont State College where she earned a Bachelor degree in Fine Art and Graphic Design. Currently, she hold memberships in the West Virginia Watercolor Society and the Morgantown Art Association. Her paintings have been in many juried exhibitions including three shows at the West Virginia Cultural Center at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston. She has won five best of show awards and numerous merit awards. In addition, she has held several solo exhibits. Her paintings have been purchased by both corporations and private collectors.
