Supplies
*
Supplies: Instructors are responsible for checking supplies. This ensures your class is successful and the instructor knows the needs. After checking the current inventory, please submit any traditional art supply requests to the Director; send links, quantities via email. We can order from many places, but Amazon is fastest. Pottery and Ceramics: All clay classes require the instructor to stop in and check on quantities. Trips are coordinated with local artists traveling to obtain supplies in Richmond, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Charleston, WV. Please plan accordingly. Special classes such as culinary and non traditional forms of art, require the instructor to obtain supplies independently and require a class fee for reimbursement.
I understand and have checked inventory
I need to schedule a time to stop in!
Child Protection Policy
*
The Arts Center requires instructors agree and sign our Child Protection Policy. Safeguarding children extends beyond the home to our educators and the broader community. We want to ensure children's safety, well-being and protection from harm in a safe environment. The goal is to ensure they can grow, learn and flourish without fear of abuse or neglect. All art instructors working with children must obtain background check through IdentiGO in Elkins.
