Event Venue


The Great Hall gallery is a wonderful choice for a wide variety of events that include dining and entertainment. This space allows for all styles of décor. The gallery features artwork, wooden floors, and a stage with lighting from the original church ceilings, gallery lighting highlighting the exhibition, providing an intimate setting during evening hours. Your guests will appreciate the beauty. A pass-through lobby from the kitchen to the Great Hall makes serving convenient. Kitchen access for your caterers.

The Maxwell Gallery is the ideal room for a smaller meeting or get-togethers, approximately 10 guests. The Green Room includes a small love seat, and kitchen access.

Requirements: A contract is required the day you reserve with a deposit.
Rates: Rates vary depending on date/s and needs. Fill out Event Request Form for a quote.
Sound Equipment and Stage Lighting Use: You must hire an approved professional to operate the equipment during your event.
Deposits: To reserve space, The Arts Center requires non-refundable deposit the day of reservation.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee is included in your total cost. The fee will be returned after inspection when your event is over.
Décor, setup and cleanup:
All decorations, and clean-up are the sole responsibility of the renter. The Arts Center will have the chairs and tables available for you to arrange as you see fit.
Caterers: Responsibility of the renter. Please inform The Arts Center who you hire prior to the event. They should provide a copy of food handlers card to you.
Alcoholic Beverages: You may serve alcoholic beverages with the purchase of “event insurance,” but no alcohol may be sold unless your caterer has a portable liquor license. Proof of licensure is required.
Food handler cards: Required for caterers
Table Linens: Your fee covers the professional laundering of linens. Table linens and seat covers have separate linen fees. Rates vary depending on quantity and service providers.
Cancellations: A renter may cancel an event with written notice 60 days prior to the event date. Your full payment, less the deposit is refundable. No refunds under 60 days. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Private Events: We do not advertise private events online for renters.
Insurance: It is a requirement for renters to have your own event insurance. You can purchase a one-day event policy that will cover you and your guests for a reasonable price. Options: Progressive or Allstate, or Event Helper. Make sure you purchase a general liability policy. If you are a business, you can add our facility to your policy for the day of your event. Please provide certificate.

As a non profit The Arts Center has no involvement with political campaigns. This includes staging any events of a political nature, for or against any candidate, or potential legislation or topic.
