Marjory Moses

A life-long love affair with the arts has led Marjory Moses to explore many art practices including printmaking, painting, stained-glass, and photography.

In 2010, she began making jewelry after trying to duplicate a lost earring. Working primarily with sterling silver, Marj employs traditional metal-smithing techniques to create modern, organic pieces, often embellished with pearls and natural gemstones. Each piece of jewelry is lovingly crafted as a little work of art meant to be worn every day.

A West Virginia native and graduate of the College of Creative Arts at WVU, she is also currently working on a series of acrylic and mixed media paintings that draw on memory and intuition. Active in promoting local arts, she has pieces in state and national collections, and her work can be purchased in Elkins at Artists at Work, and the DelMonte Market.
