Marjory Moses
A life-long love affair with the arts has led Marjory Moses to explore many media including printmaking, painting, stained-glass, and photography, and for the last decade, jewelry design and fabrication. Working with sterling silver, copper, brass, and gold-fill, Marj employs traditional metal-smithing techniques to create modern, organic pieces that may be embellished with quality pearls, gemstones, and enamels. Often one-of-a-kind, each piece of jewelry is lovingly crafted as a little work of art. A West Virginia native and fine arts graduate, Marjory’s two-dimensional work currently focuses on photography and painting, especially texture and mood. An award winning artist with pieces in state and national collections, her work can be purchased in Elkins at Artists at Work and The DelMonte Market.
