Application/Form Details: The application is for those that are ready to submit work for the MSFF Fall Juried Exhibit. This form allows the applicant to edit their responses. It automatically sends you an email confirmation. You can save this email and edit responses until Sat. Sept. 28, the day of drop off. After tags are printed, there will NOT be an option to edit information. Please be aware if you put tag info in that you plan to edit, it is up to the artist submitting this form to make sure all edits are done prior to drop off on Sat. Sept. 28. Please read ALL of the information on this page. You will be agreeing to these requirements in your online application.

Saturday, September 28th
Time: 2 pm to 5 pm
Juror Arrives Saturday evening to make in person selections.
Location: The Arts Center 2 Park St. on Old Church Lane. Back entrance into the Green Room.
Opening Reception: Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 5 to 7 pm
Art Exhibition Display Dates
Main Exhibit: October 2nd to November 20th
Short Show: October 2nd to October 10th
Student Show: October 2nd to October 10th
Short Show and Student Pick Up: Thursday, October 10, from 2 to 5:15 pm
Adult Juried Exhibition Pick Up: Wednesday, November 20, from 10 am to 5 pm, or by appointment
Juror: Linda Stonestreet.
The juror is a paid professional and determines an unbiased blind jury selection for the main exhibition. Work in the main exhibit is eligible for awards. The Short Show is work juried out by the juror, but will hang in our gallery until Oct. 10. The juror will also judge the Student art exhibit.
Entry Fee: $20 members. $40 non members. Entry Fees are non refundable. Two (2) entries each for non-members. Three (3) for members.

Art Work Accepted: Must be the original art created by the artist. Work previously exhibited at the Great Hall Gallery are not eligible for re-entry. Art work should be created within the last three (3) years. All mediums are accepted. Jewelry should be enclosed in an acrylic box for wall or pedestal display. All 2D work hanging on the wall, should have a wire hanging device and be professionally framed.
Shipped Artwork: Due to the nature of this exhibit, we do not accept shipped artwork. In person drop off only with artwork framed and ready for installation. All art should have a wire hanging device across the back of the work. Without a wire your art will be rejected by the juror.
Terms of Entry and Requirements for Adults and Students
-Entry is open to all Adult WV residents (must have a WV address)
-Application is online this year and is required for students and adults in this exhibition. Paper copies are not available. The application can be completed and edited online, until the drop off start time on Sat. Sept 28 at Noon.
-Adult Juried exhibit is 18+ not enrolled in HS. Student Juried Exhibit is primary and secondary school in WV-private, public and homeschool
-Entering this exhibition indicates understanding and agreement on the part of the artist with the conditions stated herein. Work must meet exhibition guidelines to be included. TAC determines work ineligible if entry guidelines are not followed.
-Images of accepted works may be used at the sole discretion of TAC for promotional purposes including, but not limited to: invitation, programs, website, social media, or a subsequent year’s prospectus. Images will include attribution wherever possible.
-Work cannot be withdrawn before the end of the exhibit unless special permission is made in advance.
-Your submission into any show means you agree to all of The Arts Center’s guidelines, requirements and more for all art exhibitions. Please read those guidelines.
Liability: Artwork will be handled with the utmost respect and care. The Arts Center is insured, but Artists should carry insurance.
Art Sales: TAC retains a 20% commission for all art sold during this exhibition. Non member commission is 35%. We encourage artists to list their art for sale, but it is not a requirement.
Awards for the Adult Juried Art Exhibition, age 18+, not enrolled in secondary school.
