Patrick O’Brien

is a native of West Virginia and a graduate of Fairmont State University with a degree in Fine Arts. He holds several awards in Fine Art and especially in the medium of Watercolour. A recipient of the West Virginia Governors Award of Excellence, his work is on permanent display in the Capital building in Charleston West Virginia. During his time at FSU he worked with WVDNR and his work is on public display at the Seneca Rocks Visitor Center. Patrick is a resident of Randolph County and enjoys the "mountain life" and incorporates this into his art work.
