Fabric Owl Ornament
Adults and mature teen
Saturday, November 2, from 10 am to noon
$5 Supply Fee to the instructor
Make a charming friend to dangle from your Christmas tree or turn it into a brooch for yourself or a loved one. This class will involve a little hand sewing and a little machine sewing. We’ll sew tiny owls from fabric scraps (could be fabric with meaning to the recipient), stuff them, and give them personality with embroidery and other embellishment. Each will get a cute little twig to sit on and either an ornament loop or pinback attached. Ideas are endless for what you can do with a fistful of miniature owls. String a garland of them or use as charms for jewelry!
Instructor: Annie Oliver
Location: Art Education studio on Second Floor of the main building
Parking: Parking is free along City Park. Please do not park in the Broughton Sports lot.
Register and pay online, in person, or over the phone.
